This notice describes the current SYNAN public website. SYNAN Terminal is a separate application.

Information submitted here

This website has no account registration, payment or contact form. It does not ask you to upload documents or submit business information.

Analytics and browser storage

The website application does not currently install advertising trackers, analytics scripts or use cookies or local storage for visitor profiling. Fonts and product images are served with the website.

A language preference cookie remembers English or Chinese for up to one year on each product domain. It is used only to display your chosen language, not for advertising or profiling.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts the website and receives connection information needed to serve requests, such as an IP address and browser request details. Its processing is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Terminal preview

Following a Terminal link takes you to the separate SYNAN Terminal application. Its public preview uses illustrative records and is not a production environment for confidential enterprise data. Use sample information when trying the assessment.

Future changes

If registration, contact forms, analytics or enterprise data collection are introduced, this notice will be updated to explain their purpose and handling before those features are made available.
